Wonder if anyone on this site can tell me who actually removes the photos and why?.I put some up a while ago in the airshow section depicting some images from Waddington but they were moved. Can anyone out there shed any light on this and why it happens.Thanks.

Hi candidcam, images can be removed by mods or admin at FC. Their can be many reasons for image removal from this site, usually it's because they are not within the rules. If your images were removed and no explanation given via pm, then I would be asking the same question as you.

Morning Candidcam, ive just found the thread you mention http://fightercontrol.forumotion.com/airshow-pictures-f75/more-from-waddington-08-t6975.htm

The photobucket "image has been removed or deleted" leads me to believe it is a photobucket issue, not something the FC team have done. You need to leave the images on your photobucket account all the time or they will no longer be displayed. If one of the team had removed them they would delete the whole thread which doesnt seem to be the case.

If you still have concerns feel free to reply here or contact a member of the team and we will investigate further for you.

regards,

Graham

Thanks for both replys and by the way FRM you have a good site.I probably have done the damage myself as I have uploaded the photos to your site and taken most of them off on the photobucket site.I did read that if you didnt look at your photobucket account inside 3 months this could also affect image removal but this was not the problem in my situation.

Yes it might also help to look at things from your end pikey as it will close the problem goalposts down in tracking the reason down as to why it happened. There are still about 3 or 4 of the original photos what I had submitted in the first instance still left on the photobucket pages so it still makes me think twice about the situation. Thanks anway I shall try another post of some sort with some photos and wait and see what happens next.Cheers.
