Just come across the swoopo website and some of the winning prices look amazint, £120 for an EOS500.

Has anyone used this website and won anything. Once the bid costs were taken into account how much saving was actually made?

If you Google for swoopo there are some 'reports' that the risk to your money is high simply on the basis that it costs you to bid and yes as I read it there are folk that get good bargains but a little like the TV competitions you pay with no assurance that you "really" get a chance to be a winner???

YMMV on such auctions but I will keep my money in my pocket Smile

All i have ever heard are bad things about it. You might get "lucky" and get a bargain but it is as such a gambling site and you will probably end up loosing more money than anything else.
