Hi, Seen at around 15:15 was a VC-10 of 101sqn, I believe this had been circuit bashing for a short while. Also noted were 4 sentinels on the 5sqn dispersal. Not alot of movements at Waddo today as the weather has been quite poor especially in th morning with thick fog. Hope thats of some help! And if anyone has heard of any other movements please feel free to post. Andy :)

A few more things have been going on since my last post. Over the last hour weve had a Nimrod R.1, Sentinel and home based E-3's circuit bashing aswell as a NATO E-3. Andy :)

The VC-10 was XV104 'U'. It performed a touch and go before landing and parking up on either Delta or Echo at around 1530. 2 x King Airs were also performing circuits for a brief time as well, they were G-RAFO and the other was coded 'J' (both from 45(R) Sqn), Nimrod R.1 XV665 was performing circuits at around 1600 as well. Hope this helps, Dinger.

Hi all, Passed by Waddington this evening after a meeting in Lincoln. Unfortunately it was dark by the time I arrived. However, got the following movements: 1740 Tartan 22 took off, heading to ARA3. VC-10K. Crew member sounded French. 1755 Ascot 7948 landed. Islander. He asked Tower if they wanted him to switch to Stud 1. I didn't realise they were studded for this location. 1800 Typhoon 42 did a talkdown followed by overshoot then headed to Coningsby. Nimrod R1 on the ground, plus other locals. Regards, Chris Bristol

If he's the one that went up earlier, he's ZH537. NATO E-3 was '46.
