Hi,
Spent a crap day at waddo today Crying

only saw one awacs, but on the good side two french alphas :) i was dropped off by my girlfriend at about 10 and didnt get picked up until about 5-30. I was down at the viewing area in the morning but got bored at decided to walk to the other end of the runway(longer than i thought Opps

took about an hour and half) and i missed the alphas actually landing but i did see them when i got down the other end Laughing

The two alphas tried to depart in the afternoon but weather was too bad, heard on the scanner that they plan to leave tommorow.

ok my story is over now sorry for going on Opps

I'm afraid i didnt hear a departure time but there is a fog warning until 11o'clock tommorow morning so if it is still as bad maybe an early afternoon departure. Also i was speaking to a guy earlier who said there tends to be a french aircraft in to drop off french trainee pilots on mondays and pick them back up on thursdays, so there could also be an french E-3 or Xingu in tommorow but please DSTM :D

Hi Stealth,

As far as im aware the Alpha's departed after 11 today.
Thanks for the info on the French movements i did wonder why Waddo gets so many. I think its going to be a French E-3 coming in today.
