Red Bull found to contain Cocaine!

Taiwan and Hong Kong authorities have confirmed that they have found traces of Cocaine in cans of Red Bull.

The UAE are testing the drink for traces of Cocaine and findings are due to be announced in due course.

Red Bull denies this, and says independant testing of the same batch produced a negative result with regard to Cocaine.

No wonder they say "Red Bull gives you wings"!!!!

Could be interesting if anything is found, what with the Red Bull teams due in the Abu Dhabi for the F1 Grand Prix in November and the annual Red Bull Air Race...

The story I heard was one of the main ingrediants of coke used to be cocaine back in the day... However I am going to Glastonbury this year and read about a drink which is supposed to go well with red bull:

"Introducing cocaine - the drink: New spirit Agwa De Bolivia is set to make its debut at Glasto this year, and we’re intrigued. Made from the same substance as a certain white powder, apparently it mixes quite well with Red Bull, so you’ll find us at the all night Silent Disco… "

Yup at the start, it had cocaine in it.

I remember while serving in Germany for the first time in the late 60s the local Horse Guards Regiment were well into Coke taken with an Asprin it gave quite a kick by all accounts, of course I never tried it

Mental Hospital I used to work in - (Shelton Hospital in Shrewsbury) had to resort to using the Foam because a few of the patients would drink it.

Just checked the tin of red bull cola, yes it does contain the base of coke,coca leaf,it is used as a food source in Latin America, not illegal unless refined.
