Seen it mentioned on the site a few times - seems to refer to some type of exercise flying ...... hope some of you folks can enlighten me

TLP stands for Tactical Leadership Programme.

What this basically involves is members of Nato and aligned countries sending pilots to learn tactics used by other forces within NATO mainly European Airforces.
