F-22 Raptors!!!

I heard that the F-22 is due to display at the paris airshow in june and that they may posibly operate out of RAF Fairford.
does anyone know if this is true, and if so does anyone know any dates?
any info would be great!

I would suggest there could be some truth in that,if the USAF are feeling protective in relation to the F22.We will have to see what happens.

What's going on with these F-22s looks like they've possibly cancelled according to the USAF ACC Website and an uncertain looking pending message on the Raptor Display Website, anybody know any more?

I absolutely hope it is goin' to be in Paris as it's one of the planes I've been looking forward to seeing. Mind you I see from the Airshow Website list there are some little gems due to attend...........

Latest feedback on other forums, based on the e-mail replies, is no F-22 Raptor at Paris. Possibly next year for RIAT.

The US Government's Defence Budget proposal to stop production at 187 aircraft gives no reason for the DoD to take the aircraft to Paris, other than to 'show off'. With no military sales overseas likely I doubt we'll ever see it at a trade show other than Farnboro' as a tie-in with RIAT.

I've been told "There's no chance of a F-22 in the UK this year". Hope to be proved wrong though!
