Could be they are dropping off one of the forces raceing teams off.
common at some of the car Rally event's is to get a woka drop in fast and out again very fast to drop the army rally landrover team off. Oulton park being a raceing circuit would add up, on a friday afternoon.

Not unless you've moved it aint, it's about 5 miles from me ( in Cheshire). I heard it/something come in at about 5pm but didn't manage to see it
