AWACS on stand
ZH101/102/103/104/107,with ZH106 landing about 1020,then in the hanger.
ZJ690 took off,overshoot,away,ZJ___ on apron,with ZJ694 towed out,no sqn. markings
XV301 'RRR671' overshoot,departing to 'the cranwell-cottesmore gap' lowlevel !
ZF573 in as 'RRR7951'
OTT approx 1039
90-1792/RCH665
and 5sqn's new Lightning coded AA,due to be re-painted this weekend by the cadets ! XR770

If i may add.....XR770 is not being re-painted this weekend or by the cadets....just thought i'd disengage the gearbox in the rumour mill before it gets out of hand!!!

no worries,obviously the two vans full of cadets are doing something else then !
p.s. it was the gent in the cafe that said that. p.p.s. wouldnt have thought a 'rumour' about a re-paint would get out of hand ??

The cadets have been on 770 on and off all week prepping the old paintwork...which they did a good job.Although i must add that there is still alot more work to do before we are ready to prime,let alone put the finish on.
