A few hours at the hall last Sunday morning and a reach flight called saying prority 1 aircraft with x no of pax etc.

What is priority 1 please? I heard this and thought hello whats coming in now. Turned out to be the Kansas KC135.

Once I saw it was a KC135 guessed the call may be fuel state?
