It was a glorious week in sunny Valley - until Friday !

Wednesday 1st. XX346/CH 100 squ Hawk, XZ194/L Lynx AH.7 several refuels, ZJ268, ZJ273 Squirrels (on the helicopter ramp)
Late in the afternoon, 4 Alphajets overflew on the way to Dublin - the VAS website says they were (in order) E38/314-LH, E82/314-LW, E83/314-TZ and E7/314-TU....and I missed one !
Thursday 2nd XZ615/Z and ZD283/I Lynx AH7's (a couple of refuels each), 100squ Hawk XX222/CI with a crewman for XX332/CD

Monday 6th XX321/CI and XX222/CD 100 squ Hawks
Tuesday 7th XX329/CJ 100 squ
Wednesday 8th ZK014 T.Mk.2 delivery

As mentioned elsewhere, T.Mk.2 ZK016 (RT007) arrived on Thursday 9th.

All I've seen this week was 100 squ Hawk XX318/CN on Tuesday & Wednesday - I'll leave it to everyone else to fill in the rest !

This week has been taken up with the excitement (panic ?) of getting the customer finally airborne in a T.2, so the regular stuff has taken a back seat.....

Monday 20th - I heard the roar but didn't see VC.10 XV102/T do an overshoot at 5;30-ish (pics on ValleyAvSoc galleries). Another VC10 went round later in the week (I can't honestly remember when !!!)
Tuesday 21st Hawk T.1's XX205 & XX261 both in RN special colours
Wednesday 22nd XV670 RN SeaKing SAR colours, Alphajet E88/314-LL, ZF341 Tucano.

PS I can't be certain, but I think the new AW139 made it's first appearance on Thursday

week or next and three more Hawk T2's due to arrive before the end of
the week.
