2 Helos in formation over South Wales 19/03/09

Morning all

Saw 2 Helos in formation heading west over South Wales at 9am, they were quite high up in the haze and i didnt have my binns with me, did anyone else see them?

Location : Northwood

were the A109/S76 size, if so then they could have been the 2 Air Harrods helicopters operating in the area on film location work (so I'm told). They departed Denham early (0730ish) and arrived back later in the day

Thanks. Yeah they could well have been, as 2 Augustas returned 2 or 3 hours later a lot lower heading East but not in formation this time. But that could well explain it, thanks for the information.

Looking at the pics again, it was hazy but i thought the underside looked green, i thought they would have been mil being in formation but they did look like the ones in the pic, i think you have cracked it, thanks again.
