XX 201 and 195 have been identified as suitable for this years display aircraft the first enters the paint shop this coming week and preparation, painting etc should take about 10 days, once finished the second shall go in.
The original artwork shown on the valley website has been changed and scaled down slightly due to flight safety [weight] considerations and practically. A couple of us are taking stage by stage photos in the paint shop and will post them on our website as soon as we have enough for a picture board.
The Red Arrows are due at the end of March for a full display, details on our forum

XX 201 was found to have too many problems and has been replaced by XX 307 which has now entered the paint shop this morning at 0730hrs. There may be some similar doubt about XX 195 but there should be more news by the end of the week

As budgets are cut so was the overtime, so the jet is unlikely to be out before the 26th March, it will be worth waiting for I'm sure

Wow was I glad of the delay in the paint shop as i have been busy being a new granddad all week and would have missed the roll out.
All being well the jet will be rolled out of the paint shop at Lunchtime on Monday for first viewing and we will then be allowed to publish the storyboard on our website as we have built up of photos as the jet has gone through the various stages of painting over the past few weeks.
