Can anyone help....
Everytime I log in it lists my last visit as the current time so I can't click on "view posts since last visit"
Any ideas??

Press Ctl + F5.
There could be a conflict of cookies, as this morning the cookies were related to phpbb.
This afternoon it is another forum software, so I would log out and download ccleaner.com and do a full cleanup, and then log back in.

Yes, can be a nasty buisness, last week my kitchen was trushed when the "all american butter" went for the Maryland choc chip !!!!!
