Thanks for the updates. The C-130 departed as "RCH 386" (the same callsign as it arrived with last night) and the KC-10 arrived as "RCH 151".

Yes I heard him call three times very clearly on departure I guess what sounded like "three ought six" was 386, I assume he would have said "three ZERO six".
