If you see members refer to John's field and would like to know information about where this spot is and the rules he has a website here: www.thenookcampsite.co.uk

PRICE LIST FOR 2009

Camping rates remain unchanged for this year and the list is as follows:

₤4:00 PER PITCH PLUS
₤1:00 PER PERSON

₤2:50 FOR ELECTRIC HOOK UP
Hook ups rated at 10 amps and their availability is limited

DAY VISITORS

Rates have changed for day visitors they have remained stagnant for
more than 10 years.

1 occupant per car ₤1:00
2 occupants per car ₤1:50
3 occupants per car ₤2:00
4 occupants per car ₤2:50
Walk on pedestrian / bicycle ₤1:00
Mini bus ₤1:00 per person

Also a message from John regarding the recent bad weather:

Hello to everyone,
Please note from tomorrow you will be able to access the viewing area
by car, please remember the site SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. I would also
kindly ask that you don't use your car to travel from the viewing area
to the toilet block and back to the viewing area unless absolutely
necessary. The area as you go of the track is still delicate.
Thanks for your cooperation and happy viewing.

Would love to go to John's Field if I'm ever down at Mildenhall again - a bit difficult being up in Scotland but I've got to say that I still miss the enclosure at the other end - ah happy days.
