Sorry to hear you missed your Laken visit due to bronchitis and hope you're soon over it, quite a few of us are now waiting to get out and back to Coningsby/Waddo to blow a bit of dust off our cameras, not got any photo's of a mad woman jumping up and down yet at Cgy so sounds like it could be a first :?:, and looking forward to a performance take off :D .

There is good news and bad news about PFATS the good news is that most of the Typhoon Rotations will be on reheat in early January 2009 the bad news is that they will probably be taking place at EGNO (Warton)lol.

some strange sounds like engine runs coming from base today appx 10ish this morning did anyone else hear anything

I braved the freezing cold today :bounce: and witnessed 29sqdn jet on full re heat :D certainly warmed us up for the day and then rebel 84 rvl the pad so much that the controller said "if you had done anymore of those you would have passed ur fitness test!! ;) then was treated to a flypast of 2 mirages. Not bad for the middle of winter.
