Just to let you guys know, Fairford have changed there VHF Tower Frequency from 119.150 to 124.800. This change is only until 19th March 2009.

Just so everyone is aware, this is the Tower Freq that is being used for Operation Readiness Inspection. 119.150 is not in use.

Hi guys,
Any chance you could tell me what other freqs the 130s have been using at FFD and BZN since arriving there.

On arrival:
Brize Norton Director - 133.750
Fairford Tower - 124.800 / 338.225
Fairford Ground - 234.250
On Departure:
Fairford Ground - 234.250
Fairford Tower - 124.800 / 338.225
Brize Norton Approach - 127.250

As of 17:00 tomorrow; 124.800 will no longer be active and 119.150 will become active again.
Any USAF movements normally use 338.225 anyway.

Thanks to DaveM for letting me know, it seems that this Freq (124.800) is still in use, so they obviously didn't revert back to 119.150 when the NOTAM ended, like I thought they would.
Make sure you've got it tuned into your scanners still if you plan on visiting Fairford the C-130 Operation.
