Decided to take the plunge and have a bash from outside the airfield today and glad I did.
Just a shame that the sun went in for the Vulcan but it was the first time for me seeing it fly so it was worth it.
On with the pics
Thanks for looking
cheers

Brilliant set of photo's there-all nicely detailed and sharp! Can I ask what set-up you're using?

Yep, I have to agree, those B&W Lanc shots are wonderful, very atmospheric! Cheers, Kev.

Thanks for the praise
Current setup is a Canon 1Dmk2N which I have had from new so is getting quite old now BUT its got plenty of legs left in it and the 'aviologists' favourite lens the 100-400mm
All my photography is done in RAW and post processed in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Photoshop mainly for a tweak in UnSharpMask as I prefer its control over Lightroom hope that helps.
Everyone else thanks for the comments much appreciated since being back in the UK I have shot more aircraft than I have in total over the last two years put together and still need more practice
Still have a few more to process if people want to see
Cheers
Dave
