BAE promotes Advanced Hawk for Euro and US sales

BAE has been given the opportunity to contest the 9 Nation Advanced European Jet Pilot Training (AEJPT), or Eurotraining requirement. The Hawk 128 is likely to be up against the Pilatus PC-21 and Aermacchi M-346, and BAE has until January 15th 2010 to respond with its proposals.

BAE also has to submit proposals to the USAF by 24th September 2009 for the replacement T-38 program, with the potential need for 300 - 500 aircraft.
