Using a scanner in Belgium? Vide
PostSubject: Using a scanner in Belgium? Using a scanner in Belgium? Empty2009-09-14, 06:51

I am off to Belgium for the first time this weekend for Tiger Meet and was wondering if anyone had any info/suggestions regarding the use of a scanner in Belgium.

I have heard that it is somewhat frowned upon but cannot find a definitive answer. I would rather leave it at home if I am in danger of getting it confiscated, or entry refused, so if anyone has any experience I would really appreciate a heads up.

Thanks in advance

Dave

By all means take your scanner, i have. But dont have it on show. Use your head, if caught the penalty is harsh. Also be wary of using speed detection devices in your vehicle.
