Caught this beautiful ol' lady yesterday afternoon on final approach to Geilenkirchen
Pennsylvania ANG with nice nose art - they sure know how to adorn their tankers with some unusual nose art.
and here's a close-up... cropped but it'll give you an idea

You are right on the mark - those are USAF ribbons painted above the
crew hatch. If I'm not mistaken the left one depicts an AF Outstanding
Unit Award with a silver or bronze oak leaf cluster (for multiple awards) while the right one looks like the Southwest Asia Service Medal. Anybody please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
@ adamc8rd - you are right on the mark, too. I assume this nose art first appeared sometime after 9/11.
