Had a wonderful afternoon at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby with cloudless skies and only a light breeze.
Highlights included two taxi runs at 1.30 and 4.00pm by resident star, Lancaster NX611 'Just Jane' and a Spitfire scramble and ME109 dogfight with airfield attack and pyrotechnics, which included some very spirited low flying by the ME109.
Various re-enactors, old vehicles etc on site also added to the theme.

Thats a great selection, love all of those. Never been there, seems like a good place to visit.

Only just seen this post sorry. Looks like a great day i have been a few times and the last time i went was for a taxi day and it did not stop raining all day. A great selection of shots. Thanks for sharing

All great shots, pin sharp etc, but that last Lanc B&W is so atmospheric!

Went to LAHC on Weds 23rd. Unfortunately couldn't get there for yesterday's (24th) taxy runs.
Fantastic place! Very nostalgic. We allowed two and a half hours for the visit following a morning at Coningsby but really we should have allocated the whole day, there's so much to see and take in. Great NAAFI selling reasonably priced food and bags of "free" atmosphere.
