Hi folks, as most will be aware, we at Edinburgh had the good fortune to be visited today (7.9.09) by two VC-10 C1Ks of 101 Sqn.
First in was XR807 'Q'.
Followed about 30 mins later by XV104 'U',
a lovely sight in the sunshine,
Then about an hour and a half later they departed for Bucharest,
I could get used to this at Edinburgh !
Thanks to Iain, Andy and Co. for the company (even if the 'Borders contingent' left it till the last gasp!)
Cheers,Alan

Was sure I saw both but I was just in the house after coming off a plane from Italy so couldn't note anything down. Out of interest where did they park? Was it up near that white "Mini" Jumbo?
