Its an un-published air refueling track of the east coast, if I remember right its close to AARA 8.

Yep that be it and usual freq for it was 356.45 Ian in Skegness

hi guys, ive never heard of this before.could someone be able to give a description to where this is please. is this just a US area or do the RAF use it aswell?

If you go to here http://fightercontrol.co.uk/aviationmaps.asp
Click on the Air Refuelling maps i made... it will show AARA08. This is near where "Spider Track" is located however not having any co-ordinates handy for the four datums and the CP/IP lat/long i was unable to draw it on the map.
Spider is only used by the 100ARW out of Mildenhall.
