Hunter RAF Lyneham 31-8-09

Black Hunter from Delta jets popped in for some juice today, wasnt on the ground for too long really. Hope this is ok MODS as its technically A civi, but its still military markings etc.. feel free to delte if you want.

Was having a chat with one of the crew for a while, they were doing some pilot training. Then i noticed his name, Andy Cubin... i know it... but im not sure why? anyone? was a nice bloke :)

Andy Cubin is an ex red and does alot of Display flying still as far as i know...
Were you on top of one of the fuel lorries for one of them?

ahh right, yeh i thought i had heard his name before :). Nah its not my first one rick, there should be another from lyneham somewhere. Yeh was stood on top of fuel bowser :). Yeh the pic with the sky i like :) shame i didnt move the ladder. Maybe someone could photoshop it out. I just use my phone so pic quality is never gonna be amazing. I just thought people might be interested in the hunter :)

i think he was jaguar pilot 1995???
and if i remember right i think he was leader of the reds at one time, but dont hold me to that Big Grin
