My mate at the other end read it off as 10040. Parked Block 33 (Runway 30 threshold). Dave

Pretty strange stuff, apparently we've had a US Navy Gulfstream over the last few days as well and yesterday was an RAF Herc. Just hope it's not a backlash of a certain announcement from Yesterday but I won't go into that now.

Back in the good ol days when RAF Turnhouse was open, we used to get more than the odd military transport for the Tattoo. Could be happening again on a smaller scale. They're very welcome anyway. Dave

I know that feeling really well, I work in town and when I read these forums and what I've missed I'm a wee bit peeved off. You kinda know right away that when you're backs turned somethings going to sneak in, kind of like was it in that KitKat Advert with the wee man and his camera watching the Panda Enclosure and nothing was happening then when he turned his back the subjects came out pranced around and then he turned back to see them and they disappeared.
