German Tornado 46+33 arrived at 0939 as callsign "Charlie10"
Lakenheath tower wouldn't let them leave for departure when they arrived at the 24 runway near the last chance area due to their flight plan not being acceptable??? It sounded like they were headed for Belfast?
A flight plan was finally agreed (I think the controller in the tower struggled between the spelling of DERBY & DENBY, which may have been the cause of the delay) 
46+33 finally departed at approx 1400 as "Charlie10" having waited for about 20 minutes
