I think I've heard it used by 3 sqn but it seems to be 'officially' an 11 sqn callsign from the various sources I've read. Difficulty arises sometimes when jets are pooled by squadrons - you can see what looks like a 3 squadron 4 ship take-off (for instance), looking at the markings on the jets, but it's an 11 sqn mission, 'borrowing' airframes, and vice versa.

You will see that on http://www.milscanners.co.uk/ it is also listed as 11sqn.

You can get the callsign 2009 book from here - http://www.photav.demon.co.uk/callsign4.html - although the website listed above should contain most of what you need.
