SoF - Safety of Flight. Officer and department with executive responsibility for all safety aspects of the flight. ie. runway, aircraft, maintainance etc. RAMROD - callword for duty SoF at Lakenheath
Pilots will contact RAMROD with any problems that they find with their aircraft. Less commonly if they saw debris on the runway at the Heath (though normally they'd just ask the current controller to make RAMROD aware)
