Hey all, was driving past the place where the ex bentley priory lightning is now based and sat nxt to it is a wessex, would anyone be able to inform me of where it has come from and its serial?

If you know the name of the place then the website "Demobbed" is a wonderful resource. It is easy to search by type or location and visa versa. I looked up Lightnings in "aircraft" type, found XM173 and then found the name of the place "Newton Le Scales" where it resides. I then looked up Newton Le Scales in the location section and hey presto - your Wessex is XT469. Here is a link to the Demobbed website linky. Hope that helps
