The Open Skies OC 135 is about to depart on a training mission as HAWG 95,doing one radar approach then departing to AR with Quid 78.

what aircraft had the problem? was it the oc 135 or as reported on ukar quid 78? im just a bit confused as to who had the problem.

Im pretty sure it was the OC-135. I couldn't hear HAWG but heard the 95 part. Also asked Banter to call the 95thRS and notify them of the problem. Did not hear Quid 78 call up until a while later.
