Coming back in now, non emergency but they say their No.2 engine cowling is coming off?!

what aircraft had the problem? was it the oc 135 or as reported on ukar quid 78? im just a bit confused as to who had the problem.

Im pretty sure it was the OC-135. I couldn't hear HAWG but heard the 95 part. Also asked Banter to call the 95thRS and notify them of the problem. Did not hear Quid 78 call up until a while later.
