Nothing on SBS, but BLUE 32 headed for EGUN with radio malfunction (presume this affects the mode-s/ADS-b), said he was unable to go oceanic, and is a McConnell KC.135R
Ray (edit: just popped up on SBS as 60-0339)

Just seen him OTT Huntingdon headed for Mildenhall (very clean looking a/c) and is of course a KC.135T. I have this a/c as 18 Wg, but he said he was headed for McConnell, anyone at the hall gets a confirm of a/c and markings I would be greatfull. Ray
