Can anyone confirm or disprove the above seen at Yeovilton on 05/08 it appeared to have a small B low down on the side rather than the usual large code. BMAL has ZF121 coded as T and ther code B as ZA310 ?

All Sea Kings have a 'B' if I'm correct it's the battery box cover.

The new ELAS newsletter has a full HC.4 rundown anyway.

Thanks for that, but it doesn't shed any light on the Sea King I saw which certainly didn't have a T on the side. I didn't see it head on so don't know if it was wearing the code on the front.

Chris

There has been quite a lot of discussion about ZF121 on MSF in recent weeks.

ZF121 (which was involved in the VL show) doesn't wear a large code on the side but it is coded T elsewhere. As others have said, the B, which also appears on Merlins, is sometimes mistaken for a code but in fact just show the battery box cover.

Thanks I'll do some searching on MSF forum.
