Fairford have just issued the following NOTAM:

U1635/09 - TWR VHF FREQ CHG TO 124.80MHZ. 05 AUG 10:35 2009 UNTIL 05 NOV 12:00 2009. CREATED:
05 AUG 10:44 2009

So 119.150 will change to 124.800 again - until the 05 Nov 2009.
