Ive just received a text from DaveM saying he possibly saw a Rasberry Ripple Hunter departing Brize? Im guessing this would be XE601 (G-ETPS) Anyone able to confirm?

yeah i saw this over kirtlington earlier.making a sharp left turn before it got to close to weston on the green.looks an interesting colour to say the least.

This had an airmiss with the Hungarian para drop aircraft at Weston.The pilot was talking to LonMil on 133.9 / 252.875 and WOG on 133.65. He filed a report and the controller was gonna run the radar tapes back, although he thought it came out of Kemble!.

XE601 did indeed depart Brize, only stopped for about 10 mins
