I was extremely fortunate to go 'north side' on the Saturday of RIAT. Many thanks to those who made it possible. Here are a few of what I managed to snap. The star of the show for me 'Speckled Trout'
Looking forward to next year already. Dinger.

Great stuff - now I Know why I haven't seen any pictures of the Speckled Trout before as it was hidden away which I think is a shame. Didn't even know the Speckled Trout no longer is a "white top". Really nice stuff.
Cool that you got so see our NATO TCA .. was wondering if they flew it to the static or if it was "hidden aways" as well (to which your picture is proof). That particular TCA carries the 20th Anniversary Trainer Cargo Aircraft sticker for some time now, but it actually was that Sunday when it came back from Fairford, that I finally managed to get a good shot of that myself after months and months of trying in vain.
Thanks for sharing your images, cheers

Andy The old 'Trout' was retired a few years ago (I think it may be in a museum now) and this one is an ex Mildenhall frame I do believe. I think it was being used to ferry some VIP's to the show, hence it was not on static as it had to depart on Sunday. As you say, it was a shame that it was hidden away. Likewise, I have been trying to get a decent shot of this particular TCA with its nose art for some time, however, I always manage to miss it whenever it comes into Waddo. Dinger.
