Whilst 24/06 is out does anyone know if the charters are still coming in on 18/36? Just the skies have been very quiet!

im popping in to work at some point today so i will find out Aslo two F15's jsut went over head towards lyneham, but was about 3000ft so...

DC8 landed earlier on 06/24, so no problems there.

I dont think they will land the DC-8 on 18/36, it takes them long enough to stop on 06/24! But 06/24 is open for schedualed movements so they can come in then. Also 06/24 is open at night because they are only doing the work in the day time, as a Herk used the runway early this morning.

appears to be open during the day also, as a few things have been in and out on 06/24 today.

18/36 has been used for teh DC8s before, at the expense of a burst tyre though! lol

Typhoon is due in about now aswell. that'd be a good shot on 18

Saw the A300 lastnight climbing out and it did look like it just come off 18 and was curling right over Chippenham but who knows....

They have been using 06/24 as normal. had that confirmed today.
