I feared the worst too, but nothing was ever mentioned or said... Does the Grippen lose unburned fuel at high G (low level) like the SR-71 used too (those fire balls at Mildenhall will stay with me for a long while.

I remember those F111's doing that at RIAT.I must have only been 8-9 years old. Always scared me, thinking it was going to crash. Thankfully my Grandad actually worked on them at Filton and assured us it was capable!
