Keep getting Banter Control calling this aircraft, but Im not getting any reply, so I guess he is on the ground? Anyone down there able to tell me what he is?

He's on 45,and no response to radio call was cause of a "fire " in the tower.All sorted now and he now as a hydraulic leak.
