chrisb I'm wondering the same thing, doubt the Big Delta Lady will come anywhere near EDI (can but hope I suppose). I can imagine if like other Years, BBMF, Hunter, The Blades and a few others will be at EDI with a couple of others out of Archerfield etc but as with everything else just don't know. Will have to wait and see...........

East Fortune for some reason always seems to let itself get eclipsed by Sunderland etc, anybody have any idea where the various participants for EF are operating from and going to, also any chance (I know its a possible no go but) that XH558 might be able to fit in an approach or flypast to Edinburgh (Airport) on her way between East Fortune and it's next display................

Miss demeanour (Hunter) is at Edinburgh & probably a few others will operate out of there. XH558 is due at Windermere, Sunderland & East Fortune so I would imagine 1 long flight? She didn't do her 2 scheduled displays Friday due to a bracket on the gear door needing replaced but apparently that's been done.
There are a couple of small local strips that the likes of the Starduster & Bulldog usually operate out of.

Does anybody know when The Blades displayed at East Fortune? I've seen and heard most things both visual and on the Scanner but haven't heard Blades or anything, last I've heard about 5 mins ago was VULCAN, any chance of a quick flythrough at EDI?

Unfortunately didn't get to East Fortune Yesterday but as I live not too far from Edinburgh Airport most of the East Fortune Flyers came over the House, I got to see BBMF (Dakota, Spitfire and Hurricane), The Spectacular Gnat Pair (That was some arrival), Miss Demeanour Hunter (still a cracking colour scheme), saw the Chinook from a distance, Skyraider G-RADR, Spitfire G-CTIX, P-51D Mustang - got confused by the Navy Lynx which I totally missed who informed the Tower he was on approach to Runway and came in from short angle, not happy!!!!!!!!!!
All in all rather good small unofficial flying display, only gripes, why couldn't Vulcan XH558 not have even come over for even an overshoot or flypast over Edinburgh and also I was a little disappointed The Blades didn't come to EDI oh well only 2 months till Leuchars maybe see them there.
