That is a very nice Sentinel. Lovely light.
Looking at the EXIF on the helo/prop shots you are using far too high a shutter speed. Try 1/200th for rotors and 1/320th (Or as near as possible). It keeps it nice and simple. Once you gain in confidence you can try lower settings.
