Hi all, I intend to go up to Kinloss on Monday, how many missions are being launched and what sort of times are they departing and returning? Thanks in advance Ian

go to mod website or go on to google i got some times in low flying area 14t from monday the 6 to friday10 there flying from 10.00-11.00,12.00-13.00,16.30-17.30 no weekend flying from mon the 13 to fri 17 they are flying from 09.00-11.00,11.00-12.00,16.30-17.30

Daffy,
Those are pretty standard time brackets for Low levelflying, often with the exercises the sorties are launched at the same time every day.
e.g. Joint Warrior last year had the E3 go up about 12:30 every day followed an hour later by the main formations, it makes it very easy to plan your spotting!
Its likely a pattern will emerge over the next few days.

Last 2 days most activity has been in the afternoon, which ties in with the published times of 13:00 - 16:30.

According to sources the CQWI will be launching 1 sortie per day in the afternoon. However the participating a/c may fly their own local sorties in the morning and evening for the durtion of the exercise.
