I decided against Biggin last weekend and made the long journey to Reims afb for the last 'meeting du centenaire' airshow. As this was the first foreign show i have attended i noticed quite a few things - the flying was alot further away (hence lack of flying shots) and the fences were alot closer to the aircraft (hence pics of fences with a few aircraft!)
I went to capture 3 things - Mirage F1, Alphajets and the french gazelle...mission accomplished:

Was good to get my first taste of Armee de 'aire - wettet my apetite for next week when im off to a French Airbase for a few days!

Very nice shots; love the Picardie Mirage scheme especially. But just look at that beautiful Noratlas!

Wouldn't have minded seeing some of those special colours at Paris especially the Mirage 2000.................

Is shot 6 (German Alpha) flown by a test unit,I didn't think they had any left ?

I was told it was a german alphajet but since learnt that its a portugal one? Sorry. When im home from work il post some others. Thanks all for the comments.
