Just heard the brize controller on 124.275 say that the fairford MATZ are active. Any ideas ?

Now have fairford tower 119.15 talking to "VORTEX" 333 which is a puma i believe.

They posted the NOTAM very late. Infact, after the MATZ was "open"...
