have been working near the edge of the circuit and saw a C-130J do a low pass did this go to fairford it seemed to have hi viz panel but as viz not good may have been atrick of the light. Also a Seaking HAR was this the same one as riat one

Afraid not, Fairford is closed. It was either transiting their MATZ or inbound to Brize 08.
