Hi all...,i was driving down A40 yesterday and i noticed what seemed to be the rear fuselage/tail section of a Harrier visible outside the new hangars,(rest of airframe was obscured),does anyone know if this was an operational a/c re the Navy 100 celebrations taking place,or is it the "plastic fantastic" version? cheers.

saw this over on UKAR. Not sure is this is the one you saw but was believed to be heading to Northolt. http://forums.airshows.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=9406

Just seen a F/A2 at Greenwich naval college, along with a Sea King, Lynx and Gazelle, all on low-loaders, all real aircraft, will probably be there until about monday at a guess. HTH Dave
