Banning of Member Kirky under Rule 7 as of 4 April 2009.

Ladies and Gentlemen

I under the democratic agreement of the Fighter Control Administration Team.I have had to take the following Decision as follows.

In reply to information received that has been checked and verified.I, that being James Maher have taken the decision to ban the following member Kirky that being Kirsty Sleight, Under Rule 7 of the membership rules.And Although not the registered member Mr Rick Sleight will not be allowed to be a member in his own right.

A brief but detailed e mail has been sent to the following member relating to Rule7 and the said person that being Kirky has the right of appeal.That being under the rules of membership of Fighter Control.

The details of what has been passed onto the Admin team are not for public discussion.Suffice to say that the said comments and actions are one of a derogatory nature.Although not slanderous to any one person.
