That turret is spectacular, im guessing its totaly scratch built?

Cheers guys! Shaun - the DIRCM turret is built out of a lump of Milliput, which was then sanded to shape. To finish it off I just added the head of a 1/48 LANTIRN targeting pod on top and tidied up the edges. There are still quite a few dimples in the Milliput, but nothing major, and I'll sort them later when I finish the other side. Second turret is currently on hold because I dont have another LANTIRN targeting head!

Which uni do you go to as i've just started at Loughborough but havent asked if its ok to do modelling in my room.
