Hi Guys
We saw this take off Sunday morning but didnt return. What was the point in having such a fine aircraft at RIAT on the Live side only to depart and not be seen again??
Did anyone manage to get a good shot of it?

It was a VIP transport for some one from the West Coast USA, it was not technically part of the show just a visitor. It happens every year that some visitors only attend one day and return home early Sunday.

It arrived first thing Friday morning. Im guessing it departed saturday at some stage, as it came in first thing sunday morning then as you say departed mid morning. Ive got several photos, will post a couple when ive sorted through them

No, it was sat on the ground from when it arrived Friday to when it departed Sunday.
It did however taxy down the runway and off before returning for another (successful) departure attempt.
